WOOT! Win a year at Jerry Jenkins Writers Guild

Jerry Jenkins is a prolific and generous author who is heading up an amazing guild–a place for writers to learn more and more about the art and craft of writing. I wholeheartedly endorse all he’s doing. His people recently contacted me and offered something so sweet! A FREE YEAR of membership to one of my readers here at Book Launch Mentor! That’s a $370 year value.

Here’s Jerry’s promise to guild members:

To win, please comment below telling me what your writing goal is for 2017 and what your BHAWG (big, hairy, audacious writing goal) is for your LIFE. Next Wednesday, I’ll have random.org choose one of your comments. Please share this with your writer friends! What a great opportunity for learning and growth!

For 2017 my writing goal is to complete my first nonfiction book. I have been working on it for 3 long years. I write to glorify God and want to honor Him by penning the words He has placed upon my soul. My heart’s desire is to not only finish this book but begin with book #2! I want to work diligently at honing the craft of writing and become confident in the gift the Lord has given me. Thank you for this opportunity!

As a ghostwriter, most of my writing is done for others. My goal for 2017 is to write my own book.

My immediate goals are to finish the third act of my fiction WIP and finish the research for my non-fiction WIP. As for my BHAWG, I want to leave a legacy for my family through my art and show that art can be a means of supporting a family. And the cherry on top? To travel on any airline, or train and see people with their noses stuck in my book.

I’m a couple days late. But my BHAWG for 2017 is to FINALLY FINISH a reasonable book draft of “Pilgrimage Memoir: the dread and wonder of God.” šŸ™‚
